Prep the nail as usual by buffing the nail plate and removing dead skin/cuticles. Spray Extreme dehydrator onto a wipe (not directly on the nail) and dry the nail plate thoroughly. Avoid contact with the skin. Allow to dry until completely dry and then continue with primer and base coat.
